Amazing Meal, Great Books

All I can say is OMG!

Were we treated like queens last night!

Kudos to Lonnie for another amazing meal, to feed our souls...

Briefly, we rated The Dutch House a four, with some mixed reviews. We had a conversation about the meaning of the intense connection to the house, that the main characters connected so deeply to.

Testaments - (Holding out for Lonnie’s rating.) We thought the saga got tied up and concluded, albeit maybe a bit too quickly. We felt the writing was good, and enjoyed Margaret Atwood’s insights.
